Dad David Cowan works for BVP, who are the business that help out companies like Skype and Twitch with money. Avery and Elliot made the whole building in Minecraft, with meeting rooms and smaller offices for each individual company BVP helps out.

David Cowen now uses the Minecraft office as his real office every Wednesday lunchtime. People who want to talk to him can just log onto the server and chat with him in a Minecraft office instead of having to travel to his real New York office. How amazing is that?
