Last week Family Gamer TV’s Adam dived into the world of LEGO Minifigures Online by playing some of the open beta. This week we look further into the game as Adam pays for a subscription to get access to some of the more interesting areas of the LEGO Minifigures world.
Even though LEGO Minifigures Online can be played for free, if you pay a monthly subscription you can get some cool benefits. You’ll get a bag of diamonds each week to spend on things from the in-game shop, and each month you’ll get a new minifigure character to play as. Even more important though is that subscribers can use the in-game chat to talk to other players, which means you can team up and make plans to defeat the villains.
LEGO Minifigures Online also has a little bit of Skylanders in it. You can buy LEGO Minifig toys and use the codes they come with to unlock
that character in your game. So you could make a team in the game of your favourite LEGO Minifigs you own!
If you’d like to tryout LEGO Minifigures Online for yourself, sign up for the open beta at the website. If you loved this video, follow us on Twitter for loads more amazing stories and gameplay footage, and subscribe to Family Gamer TV on YouTube.
