The 2DS is a really great console, but sometimes the battery just isn’t good enough! You can try and play all day, but you just know that the battery will probably run out just as your at the best bit of your game. Mugen make better batteries for Nintendo’s consoles, and have just launched a new battery pack for the 2DS. Andy from Family Gamer TV has taken a look at it.

The new battery pack almost doubles the life of the charge, meaning twice as much gaming as before at around 9 hours. The pack does stick out a bit more than the normal batteries, but a cool panel fits over the back of the 2DS to make it look like it’s part of the console and not just a weird little add on. They look surprisingly good!
