If you don’t have any idea what Pokémon X & Y is, then this new trailer is probably the best place to start. We’re sure you know exactly what it is though, but this trailer is still full of lots of new footage to grin at.

The almost four minute long trailer is in Japanese, but still easily shows off lots of exciting Pokémon features. You can see the amazing sky battles with bird and flying Pokémon, check out the epic large-scale battles with multiple Pokémon, and see the starter Pokémon on offer from Professor Sycamore.

Also in the trailer are Mega Evolutions, shops where you can buy cool new clothes for your trainer, and a cute mode where you can feed treats to your Pokémon to keep them happy.

There’s also plenty of new region Kalos to see, including some of its France-inspired areas. Can you spot the place that looks a bit like the Eiffel Tower in Paris?
