Videogames are always great fun, but they can do more for us than just keep us excited. Some are educational, and teach us new things that are useful in life. Others help keep us healthy and fit, like Wii Fit U. Jordan from Family Gamer TV has been trying out Wii Fit U, seeing how different it is from the original Wii Fit, and setting herself a challenge to get fit!
The new Wii Fit U can be downloaded from the Wii U eShop, and then you can buy a pedometer. The pedometer is a little computer you attach to your belt and it counts how many steps you do. Every step is a little bit of exercise, so the pedometer can tell you how many steps you did in a day, and help the Wii Fit U game work out how you are doing.
There’s lots of new exercises to try out in Wii Fit U, and the Game Pad offers some new and exciting possibilities. Check out the video to see how the game performs.
Jordan has set herself a challenge to do some press-ups, and we’ll be checking in with her tomorrow to see how she gets on. Until then, if you’ve got Wii Fit U why not tell us how you’re getting on with it? Do you feel healthier? Just click the button below to comment.
